To ensure the efficient and stable operation of the newly introduced one-item, one-code traceability system and enhance employee operational skills for the new equipment, Frog Prince Research Institute organized a training course on "One Item, One Code Equipment Application" on August 12, 2025. Zhang Yibin, an electrical engineer from the Equipment Department, served as the instructor, and attended by production team leaders, supervisors, equipment operators, and IE specialists.
The training focused on three modules: Equipment Overview, Operation and Adjustment, and Troubleshooting. At the outset, Zhang detailed the concept of one item, one code, and the working principles of the corresponding coding, reading, and associated equipment. Through a PowerPoint presentation with illustrations, participants gained a clear understanding of the entire process from work order creation, data collection, code scanning and association, to uploading and batching. Subsequently, Zhang focused on the process and methods for creating work orders for both machines and PDAs, helping participants understand specific troubleshooting and resolution options, and providing standardized and efficient operational guidance for their subsequent work.
After the meeting, participants expressed that the systematic training gave them a deeper understanding of the operational logic and key operational points of the One Item One Code system, helping them systematically master new equipment operation and troubleshooting skills, laying the foundation for reducing production anomalies and improving efficiency. In the future, Frog Prince Research Institute will continue to focus on the needs of frontline production, conducting a series of targeted training to support the group's digital production management upgrades.
