On the evening of August 19, 2025, Longwen District held its 30th "Longjiang Night School" session. Leaders from the District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, the District Government, and the District Political Consultative Conference, along with the President of the District Court and the Chief Prosecutor of the District Procuratorate, key leaders and deputy leaders from all towns (sub-districts) and development zones, as well as relevant personnel, key leaders and deputy leaders from relevant district-level units, and district business liaison officers attended.
Ge Xiaohua, Party Secretary of Frog Prince Group and Executive Director of the Research Institute, delivered a lecture on "Management Communication Models." Drawing on his many years of practical experience, Secretary Ge provided an in-depth analysis of the difficulties of management communication models and the key points of government-enterprise communication, focusing on the meaning of communication, emotional management, communication skills, and work communication. He also offered valuable suggestions on how to strengthen effective government-enterprise communication.
The staff and cadres who attended expressed that the lecture was rich in content, relevant to practical situations, and highly instructive, targeted, and inspiring, helping them better master communication skills, enhance their communication abilities, and promote efficient work.
After the class, district leaders offered guidance, urging the strengthening of regular government-enterprise communication and exchanges, continuing to deepen systems such as the "Thousand Cadres Attached to Thousand Enterprises" program and the "Enterprise Reception Day" program for Party and government leaders, and leveraging the role of "enterprise liaison officers" to focus on enterprise needs, provide precise services, and promptly help enterprises resolve difficulties and boost their development. This "Management Communication Model" course, a premium course offered by the Frog Prince Academy, marked the first time the course had been presented at the "Longjiang Night School" following two successful lectures at the Gu Wenchang Cadre College. This lecture not only served as an external export of the Frog Prince Group's management experience, but also served as another vivid practice of government-enterprise communication and experience exchange. It further promoted understanding and collaboration between the government and enterprises, contributing corporate wisdom and strength to building a close and clean government-business relationship and promoting high-quality regional development.
