Following this, Group Vice General Manager Chen Yiwei delivered a speech on specific work deployment. He stated that, facing the upgrading of the daily chemical industry and the pain points of enterprises, the committee will promote three major transformations: from fragmentation to systematization, from departmental silos to strong collaboration, and from experience-driven to data-driven, with "business datafication, data operation, and operational intelligence" as the core path, following a three-stage approach of "short-term foundation building, medium-term deepening, and long-term leadership." He also raised "Seven Questions on Digital Transformation" to guide all employees to reflect on data accumulation and process restructuring, hoping everyone will adhere to the Group's core value of "innovation" and jointly promote the effective implementation of the Group's digital transformation and AI strategy.
The Shadow Knife RPA Competition was launched concurrently at this meeting. Going forward, the Group will leverage the competition as an empowering platform, focusing on the pain points of various departments, utilizing AI technology to accurately identify automation optimization needs, scientifically plan the intelligent upgrade process, promote the application of RPA technology from a corporate management perspective, cultivate digital professionals, help employees transform digital thinking into practical skills, and promote the integration of automation technology into daily business scenarios.
