To actively support Frog Prince Group's strategic expansion in Vietnam and ensure efficient business integration and corporate culture integration during the Group's internationalization process, Frog Prince Research Institute meticulously prepared and organized a special Vietnamese language training course to provide solid language proficiency support for the Group's overseas strategic expansion.
At the opening ceremony of the special course on March 7, 2025, Frog Prince Group General Manager Li Zhouxin emphasized the importance of this training to the Group's strategic expansion in Vietnam and encouraged participants to cherish the learning opportunity, strive to improve their language skills, and contribute to the Group's development in Vietnam. Frog Prince Group Deputy General Manager Chen Yiwei and Frog Prince (Fujian) Infant and Child Care Products Co., Ltd. General Manager Han Xinbin also set an example by participating in the training, setting a benchmark for all employees. This collaborative learning model of "management + executive" fully demonstrates the Group's unwavering commitment to advancing its internationalization strategy.
To ensure a comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese, Frog Prince Research Institute hired Vietnamese teacher Nguyen Thi Chen to teach. This training covered both everyday and professional terms, fully accommodating both daily communication and advanced professional communication.
Over five months, 16 classes, and 17 check-ins, the participants demonstrated exceptional perseverance, utilizing their days off, overcoming time off, business trips, and other factors to ensure they completed all required training without missing a single point. On July 26th, the Vietnamese language training program held its final exam and ceremony. After rigorous assessment, 13 participants received certificates of completion from Frog Prince Academy. Furthermore, to recognize the participants' perseverance and hard work, Frog Prince Academy also established an "Outstanding Student" award and provided scholarships to encourage more students to study diligently and strive for excellence. At the ceremony, Frog Prince Academy Executive Director Ge Xiaohua presented the students with certificates and delivered a speech. Director Ge highly praised the participants' learning attitude and achievements, emphasizing that completion is not the end, but the beginning of a new era. He encouraged everyone to maintain a positive learning habit and continue to grow through continuous learning.
