To deepen Shanghai-Fujian university-local government cooperation and promote industry-education integration, on the afternoon of August 4, 2025, Ren Guobin, Vice President of the Institute of Science and Technology Development at East China University of Science and Technology, led a delegation of university experts to visit Frog Prince Group for an industry-university-research docking activity. The delegation began the event by visiting the company's history museum, gaining a comprehensive overview of Frog Prince Group's production and operations, including its development history, R&D innovation, and international presence. They then toured the product showroom, Party Building Promotion Gallery, and Frog Prince Research Academy, gaining a deeper understanding of the company's product portfolio, non-public Party building efforts, and internal talent development system.
At the symposium, Lu Jin, Deputy General Manager of Frog Prince Group's Innovation and R&D Center, first introduced the company's development and its industry-university-research collaboration in basic and applied research. Cao Wei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Zhangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, fully affirmed Frog Prince Group's innovative R&D capabilities and pioneering achievements, and expressed his hope that the university and the local government will work together to build a highland for industrial innovation. Following this, Ren Guobin, Vice Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology Development at East China University of Science and Technology, expressed his hope that the two sides, building on the long-standing partnership, could continue to explore joint efforts in industry-university-research, talent development, and Party building. Finally, Frog Prince Group General Manager Li Zhouxin also engaged in in-depth discussions with the university on topics such as "Innovative Ingredients and Exposome Research." The group expressed its hope to deeply integrate the company's resource advantages with the university's talent and technological strengths, continuously amplifying the collaborative innovation effect between the university and the enterprise, and jointly promoting innovation and development across multiple fields for both parties.
As a prime example of collaboration between a national-level green factory and a "Double First-Class" university, Frog Prince Group and East China University of Science and Technology have not only jointly established the "East China University of Science and Technology Skin Health Joint Innovation Research Center and Practical Teaching Joint Training Base," but also recently jointly published an SCI-indexed paper revealing for the first time the novel anti-inflammatory mechanism and efficacy differences of camellia seed oil. This event, through on-site visits and in-depth exchanges, created more possibilities for industry-university-research collaboration and fostered industrial innovation. Going forward, Frog Prince Group will uphold the philosophy of sustainable development and build a collaborative innovation ecosystem encompassing government, enterprises, and universities.
