The course "Four Steps to Personalized Mentorship Development" is now open for enrollment.

The "Four Steps to Personalized Mentorship Development" course was launched on April 2, 2026, to further enhance mentors' talent development capabilities and build a standardized, scientific, and implementable mentorship system. Wang Yuli from the Training Center served as the main lecturer.

This training abandoned the traditional lecture model, focusing on practical refinement, on-site optimization, and output results to help mentor teams address mentorship pain points and upgrade their training methods. Mr. Wang systematically broke down the entire personalized mentorship methodology around four core modules: comprehensive assessment, path planning, agile adjustment, and closed-loop effect.

This training emphasized strong interaction, in-depth discussion, and genuine implementation. Participating mentors brought drafts of their existing training plans. Under Mr. Wang's guidance, through benchmarking analysis, on-site optimization, and one-on-one refinement, common problems such as vague goals, overly ambitious tasks, unclear assessments, and passive training were addressed one by one. The participating mentors also optimized their goal setting, refined training programs, and clarified acceptance criteria and implementation schedules based on their own team's current situation, making the mentoring plans more relevant to their roles and more practically applicable.

This specialized training further strengthened the mentor team's concept of individualized instruction and precise empowerment, improved their practical mentoring abilities, and promoted the transformation of talent development from "experience-based" to "standardized" and "personalized."
