The course was taught by Ms. Chen Han from the Training Center.

Ms. Chen Han guided students to understand the essence of communication—not about winning or losing, but about cultivating relationships and building trust. The course content covered modules such as structured listening, positive response, strategies for handling difficult communication situations, goal-oriented and constructive communication, helping students master practical skills for effective communication in real-world work scenarios.
In class, teacher Chen Han also incorporated numerous real-life communication scenarios from work and internships, guiding students to distinguish between facts and emotions behind dialogues. Students learned how to use the "three-step confirmation method" for positive feedback and confirmation, and how to make constructive responses in communication, ensuring the course content was truly relevant to students' future workplace realities.
